FREE TAX ORGANIZER!
First, the tax organizer is designed to help both you and me to
get the most information into your tax return. Without some type of organization
plan, I can guarantee that you will forget some deductions that you should
put in your return. The return I prepare is only as good as the information
you supply. Taking a few minutes to organize for your tax appointment
is well worth the effort.
HERE ARE SOME WAYS TO GET THE ORGANIZER...
E-MAIL:
I can E-Mail your organizer to you. The organizer will contain
last years information for your reference and will allow you to see where
you had deductable expenses so you can again make sure they get into this
years return. It will also give you items that may be new for this year.
This method is secure and will ask you for a password which you create
when you receive the e-mail. In addition you will be able to put this
on your desktop on the computer and complete it on screen at your convenience,
off line. When completed, you can print the completed organizer out at
home and call for an appointment to finish your taxes. Or, should you
choose, you can e-mail the completed organizer back to me at Darwin@GoETS.com.
I can have the information already in my computer when we see each other
for the tax appointment.

ON THE FORM BELOW ALONG WITH YOUR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER. IF YOU HAVE CHANGED
ADDRESS SINCE THE LAST TIME WE DID YOUR TAXES, PLEASE COMPLETE THE ADDRESS
SECTION.
E-ORGANIZERS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS BASED COMPUTERS ONLY. MAC USERS PLEASE REQUEST A PRINTED ORGANIZER.
REGULAR USPS MAIL
As in years past, I can mail the organizer to you.
E-mail your request on the form below. It will be in the mail the next day.
Make sure I have your current mailing address in case it’s changed
over the past year. Or, you can call 1-800-726-0058 and request one. Please
give the nice people at the answering service your name and tell them you’re
requesting an organizer.
If you’re a new tax client, give me your complete mailing address
also.
